I like the fact the Hussein’s assessment led him to develop a very tailored fitness program for me. He does not use a generic approach, leading to a fairly standard routine, but develops a very personalized program. The program is already helping my skiing. I seem to have fewer cramps and pains after a day of skiing than last year. My flexibility is also improving. I would certainly recommend Hussein to family and friends. Hussein’s approach is to work from the foundation and then build upwards. In other words, he first emphasizes basic flexibility, strengths and postures. In my case, at least, strengthening and mobilizing my joints has been the first step. Hussein watches me closely during my training session and corrects my stance and movements until I get it right. He is clear and I seem to be learning 🙂 He is also very personable and comfortable to be with. He explains why he wants me to do a particular exercise and answers any questions I have about the routine.
