Before I started working with Hussein at HSL fitness, I used to sign up at different gyms but never find the time to actually attend, and if I did I would find an excuse not to. It was Hussein’s pleasant personality, filled with his positive energy and beautiful smile, that encouraged me to try my best. He offered me great health tips and healthy recipes that allowed me to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Hussein taught me a lot. He started from the very basics, such as how to properly stretch and improve my posture, to teaching me how to properly use complex machinery and avoid injuries, which is something I really use to fear. He was there to give me step by step instructions, which he gave with patience and clarity, in order to help me achieve my goals. Overall, from helping me change my bad eating habits and routines, to teaching me basic exercises and later more intense workouts, he guided me into achieving excellent results and being the healthiest I’ve ever been. Working out became a necessary and very pleasant part of my daily routine. For that, I can’t thank Hussein enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help achieving their fitness goals.
