My biggest fear before starting with HSL was being judged. I wasn’t in the greatest shape and had never experienced personal training of any sort or planned/organized training. After a couple sessions with Hussein I then realized that I had no reason to feel that way. His intentions were pure and he was truly dedicated to help me reach my goals. My initial goals were to have more endurance and maintain or lose weight and I’ve accomplished that! I’m grateful for my efforts and most importantly Hussein’s perseverance to keep me motivated. My new goal as I continue to train with Hussein is to be able to do a pull up without assistance haha. I appreciated the professionalism and the constant communication. I give Hussein 100 % on making me feel like a VIP client.
I really feel that the assessments were helpful as a foundation to learn about my body! I really started to understand natural body movement, and I was made aware that I was really stiff. Hussein has incorporated a lot of exercises that are helping me be more flexible and targeting specific concerns. I use to live vicariously enjoying other people’s love for the outdoors through pictures but now I feel more confident to participate and bring up the subject of “Let’s go on a hike” for example. I’ve learned a lot from Hussein and the daily reminders were much appreciated. I really thought I knew myself until I was faced with a couple of challenges such as being weighed by someone who wasn’t my personal doctor for the first time. Overtime with all the exercise I was doing and eating healthier I saw my body change and no longer feel so insecure. I would for sure recommend Hussein as a coach! For sure! I could write a book on why I would recommend him as a trainer haha. His dedication and adaptation to his clients is truly remarkable. I appreciated the professionalism and the constant communication. I give Hussein 100 % on making me feel like a VIP client.
