Working with Hussein was such a great experience. Despite playing sports and being active my whole life, I had never really gone to the gym consistently or worked on building strength. Hussein was able to pin point spots of weakness and put a workout plan together to help improve my strength and flexibility. Hussein also helped me put meal plans together by providing a list of suggested meals. On a weekly basis he had me write a food log and provided suggestions on what I could have improved upon. All in all, Hussein helped me exceed my overall goal of losing 10 pounds as I lost 18 pounds in total. He also helped me improve my overall strength and flexibility. I definitely recommend working with Hussein.
