Understand where you are in terms of aerobic fitness, strength, stability, balance, coordination and mobility – establishing your current baseline – which are the results/findings.

Leave the consult with detailed, educated and individualized answers to your questions, as well as knowing the route you could take toward your goals (where you want to be and how to get there). You are part of the process; we involve you in determining the most suitable route.
