This Industry

This industry, in terms of nutrition, training, injury prevention, specific training and lifestyle, is very complex to say the least and often recommendations are given based on very generalized guidelines – cookie-cutter. To be able to provide the student/client with the most appropriate individualized recommendations and programming, the most important aspect of coaching is the consult and assessment. The results and the findings allow us to be specific to give educated answers and provide a realistic enjoyable and flexible program that is sustainable for the specific individual.

Our Goal

As of June 2019, we no longer provide 1-on-1 coaching services, but Hussein’s eight years of coaching experience taught him a tremendous deal and we made HSL Academy Physique to help YOU for free.
