Initially, I did not feel comfortable going to a gym. The fact that I do not have friends I can go with and that I am not into the fitness fad makes me feel very incompetent at a gym. Since I do not know how to use the equipment or exercises, I am always concerned about getting injured while trying stuff at a gym. My initial goal was to be able to get into a routine of daily exercises and to be consistent with it. Thanks to Hussein I reached that goal and started to feel the benefits of doing exercises in the morning. My new goal as I continue training with Hussein is to feel more confident with the proposed exercises and fitness routine as well as gaining more movement and flexibility while reducing issues like back pain, neck pain and stress.
I found the assessments were helpful as a foundation to learn about my body and its weaknesses. The motivation and education that Hussein provided inspired me to stick to the routine, something I was not able to do before. I now feel more comfortable in my own skin know more than I knew before for sure! I am currently on my way to recovery. It is too soon to judge whether I will be able to fully recover but I am positive I will be able to achieve it at a giving point of time
I certainly would recommend Hussein as a coach to close friends and family.
